2009 – 2014: Volunteer Intern at Robert Levine's clinic in Berkeley, California, und continuing education in Pulse Diagnose as well as Herbal Therapy in Chinese and Tibetan Medicine.
2011 – 2016: Clinical Care Manager in Charlotte Maxwell Clinic (CMC) for Integrative Cancer Care in Oakland und San Francisco, California. CMC is a Nonprofit Organization in the Bay Area that offers integrative medicine services to low-income women with cancer during and after their western medicine treatments. As Client Services Manager, I both treated patients individually and also coached volunteer practitioners how to adapt their modalities to the needs of patients living with cancer.
